Frame Specs + Print Size System
All Image Market Fine Art prints are sold by image size, based on the short edge of the artwork.
All printed work includes a clean, scaled white border surrounding the image to create visual breathing space between the work and the frame while preserving the full original composition. All framed work is rear-mounted in a box frame, with an option of either acrylic or Art Glass (non-reflective) finish.
As a guide, a 76cm short-side image includes a 6cm border on all sides, with the final paper size including both the image area and surrounding border.
Please note that all canvas prints are printed and framed to the full edge of the image, with the canvas edge mirrored to wrap neatly around the frame. For works supplied unframed or unfinished, please ensure your chosen framer is aware that the artwork should be framed to the actual image size, allowing for the intended border and presentation style.

PLEASE NOTE: Our table of finished image sizes. If framed, please allow an additional 2-4cm edge for frame width. The framed profile is also scaled to the work. Allow 2-5cm in depth.
Museum Art Glass is available on request and typically adds approximately 10–15% to the retail price of a framed artwork, depending on size. Please connect us with any questions or order requirements.

All artwork is custom produced; returns or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.

Image Market ships Australia-wide.
Orders are carefully packed and sent using trusted postal, courier or specialist art freight services, depending on the size, format, framing option and finish of the artwork.
All shipments are tracked and insured where applicable.
Image Market offers international shipping by request.
International shipping is quoted according to artwork size, framing requirements, destination and delivery method.
Please note that international customers may be required to pay import duties, taxes, customs fees or local charges once the order reaches their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Image Market has no control over customs charges, border processing delays or local delivery delays once an artwork has left Australia.

Shipping costs depend on the size, format, framing option and delivery location of your order.
Smaller print and canvas orders may be suitable for standard delivery, while larger framed works, Art Glass orders, oversized artworks and international deliveries may require a separate shipping quote.
Remote, regional or difficult-access locations may attract additional courier charges.
Any shipping cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before your order is finalised.

Art Glass is a museum-quality, non-reflective glass used for premium framed artworks.
Because Art Glass is fragile and requires specialist handling, all Art Glass orders must either be:

Art Glass orders cannot be sent by standard post.

Print & Canvas Orders: Approximately 7–10 business days.
Framed Works: Approximately 21 business days.
Custom sizes and framing options are welcome. Please get in touch with your request.
Art Glass orders and oversized artworks are special orders that may require small amount of additional production time.
If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing your order.
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules, shipping, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

All Image Market prints are carefully handled and professionally packed to protect them in transit.
Unframed prints are packed in archival wrapping and shipped in reinforced cardboard tubes or flat packs depending on size.
Canvas works and framed artworks are packed securely using protective wrapping, corner protection and reinforced packaging.
Our goal is for every order to arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS where available.

The courier or postal service may leave a delivery notice, attempt redelivery, or direct your parcel to a collection point.
Redelivery fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to missed attempts, incorrect details or restricted access.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order is returned because it was refused, uncollected or incorrectly addressed.

Please ensure suitable access is available for oversized deliveries.
This may include lifts, stair clearance, parking access, building entry instructions or someone available to receive the artwork.
Art Courier deliveries may require a scheduled delivery window.

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery and contact us promptly if there are any concerns.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the carrier before signing where possible.
